I started taking this rosemary tincture around the same time I started a (not strict) anti-inflammatory diet in an effort to allow some skin rashes to heal. I have noticed great improvement in my skin, which I’d attributed to the diet. But! I also notice much less hair falling out since around the same time, as evidenced by the hair collector in my shower drain. And where there’s healthy hair, there’s healthy skin, since the follicle is at the skin. So I do believe this tincture is likely beneficial for my skin and hair.
It may also have an energizing effect, as I had a sleepless night soon after I started taking two dropperfuls morning and night. So I stopped the nighttime dose a few weeks ago and have slept better since then.
