Licorice has traditionally been used as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints, such as catarrhs, coughs and bronchitis. Traditionally used to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, such as gastritis in adults.

Take the recommended serving by placing it under the tongue and swallow for best results or add it to your preferred beverage.

Recommended Dose: 1-2ml 3x per day (Consult a Health Care Practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks)
